About Aegean Astraea

Aegean Astraea is an independent digital-products brand based in Cyprus, serving an international audience. It is not a legally incorporated company at the time of writing. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Aegean Astraea as operated by its founder.

Scope of these terms

These terms govern your use of aegeanastraea.com and, where access has been granted, the use of the access-controlled VERISTUM document-workflow and research workspace. Separately:

• External product websites. Products such as Duevia run on their own domains with their own terms, pricing and support. Using a product means accepting that product's terms.
• Digital templates. Templates are licensed for your own personal or internal business use. Unless a template states otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute or republish it as your own product.
• Publications. Books, planners and journals are sold under the terms of the retailer handling the sale. Returns, delivery and payment are the retailer's responsibility.

VERISTUM

VERISTUM provides document-workflow tools and research-support features for legal professionals. Document tools produce textual observations and organised results; research operates within the selected official-source material described in the current coverage information. VERISTUM does not provide legal advice, create a lawyer-client relationship, or replace professional legal judgment. It does not guarantee complete, current or applicable results. All outputs require independent verification against the official sources and the relevant facts.

Research coverage varies by source, instrument, version, subject and jurisdiction. The current coverage information identifies the available material and its limitations. The presence of a jurisdiction option does not imply comprehensive coverage of that jurisdiction. Source-text or version verification does not by itself establish commencement, current legal effect or applicability to your matter.

Access is personal and granted to a named authorised user. Invitation links, sign-in links and credentials must not be shared, and you must not attempt to bypass access controls, access another user's workspace, or interfere with the operation of the service.

VERISTUM is available now on paid subscription plans. Features, coverage and availability may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn, and access may be suspended or withdrawn where necessary for security, misuse, or the operation of the service. Individual and Team plans are purchased through self-service checkout. Founding Member places and 10+ user pricing are arranged by request, and submitting an enquiry or expressing interest in any plan does not by itself create a paid contract or a service-level commitment.

VERISTUM plans, trial and pricing

VERISTUM is available on paid subscription plans. Current plans are Founding Member at €39/month (limited to the first 50 accepted Founding Members), Individual at €59/month or €590/year, and Team at €149/month for up to 3 users with additional seats at €39/month each arranged by request. Teams of 10 or more are priced individually. There is no free plan.

Individual and Team plans include a 7-day free trial and require a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts to the plan you selected and the first charge is taken. The Founding Member plan does not include a free trial and is arranged by request following approval. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid that charge. The Founding Member price remains only while the subscription stays continuously active; if it is cancelled and later restarted, the founding price is not guaranteed. Prices are shown in EUR. Applicable taxes, if any, and the final amount are confirmed at checkout. These terms do not create any refund entitlement beyond what is stated here or required by law.

Individual and Team plans are purchased through Stripe-hosted self-service checkout. Payment details and subscription billing are handled under the payment arrangement, terms and provider role presented at checkout. An enquiry or access request does not itself create a purchase or subscription. Founding Member and custom team pricing are arranged by email following a request.

Paid access does not change the nature of the service: VERISTUM does not provide legal advice, its official-source coverage is bounded and incomplete, and all outputs require independent verification by a qualified professional.

VERISTUM enquiries and requested arrangements

The VERISTUM enquiry form is used for Founding Member requests, custom team pricing, billing support and pre-sales questions. Individual and Team subscriptions use self-service checkout. Submitting the enquiry form does not guarantee access, does not create an account or invitation, and does not create any professional, lawyer-client or contractual relationship or commitment on our part. We may decline or defer any request at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Please use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a scale that affects availability, or misuse our names, logos or contact addresses (including for unsolicited marketing).

Intellectual property

The Aegean Astraea and VERISTUM names, logos, page content and design are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share links to pages; you may not copy or reuse substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party services and external links

This website relies on third-party hosting and infrastructure, and links to external websites such as product sites and retailers. Links are provided for convenience and are not endorsements. We are not responsible for external content, availability or terms.

Disclaimer and liability

This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that content is complete and error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
