Payments & refunds
This page gives general information for purchases made directly with Aegean Astraea. Product-specific billing, cancellation and refund terms are kept with the relevant product. Last updated 30 September 2026.
Scope
This page applies only where Aegean Astraea itself is shown as the seller or contracting party for a direct purchase. If a product, subscription, retailer or separate service shows its own billing, cancellation or refund policy, that product-specific policy applies to that purchase.
Before payment
The relevant checkout or purchase page should show the item or service, price, billing period where applicable, payment provider and any product-specific trial or cancellation conditions before you complete payment.
Refund requests
Any refund is handled according to the terms shown for the relevant purchase and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you believe a direct Aegean Astraea charge is duplicate or incorrect, contact hello@aegeanastraea.com with enough information to identify the transaction. Do not send payment-card details by email.
Product-specific policies
Product-specific payment, subscription, cancellation and refund information is shown on or linked from each product page. This keeps the commercial terms beside the product they actually describe instead of mixing them into the corporate website policy.
