Refund Policy

7-day free trial

Individual and Team plans include a 7-day free trial and require a payment method. There is no subscription charge during the free-trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, the first subscription payment is not taken. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to the plan you selected and the first charge is taken when the trial ends.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a subscription before its next billing date to stop future renewals. To request cancellation or billing support, email hello@aegeanastraea.com using the email address associated with the subscription. Where a paid billing period has already started, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of that paid period unless applicable law or the payment provider requires a different result. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment that has already been processed.

Refund requests

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where a duplicate, erroneous or otherwise refundable charge is confirmed. Any mandatory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply in your country remain unaffected.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@aegeanastraea.com with the email address used for the subscription and enough information to identify the transaction. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Payments through our payment provider

VERISTUM self-service checkout is provided through Stripe. Stripe handles payment details and subscription payments under the payment arrangement presented at checkout, and approved refunds are handled through the same payment system. Stripe may ask for additional transaction information when a refund or billing issue is reviewed.

Founding Member and custom arrangements

Founding Member access and custom team arrangements are not public self-service offers. Any applicable cancellation or refund terms for an individually arranged purchase are confirmed with that arrangement, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
